I have used Nature’s Sunshine Herbs for 27 years and I really don’t know where to start with the testimony. I think the use of Capsicum Annum to stop the bleeding of my fingers when I cut two off and another almost off in a saw bench. The bleeding had stopped before the ambulance arrived and I had no need for pain killers or anything for shock .
After the stiches came out I put comfrey poultices on my hand picked from my garden and there is no sign of scars on my hand whatsoever. I must admit my fingers are not
Stitched on perfectly straight but thanks to the Capsicum not only preventing loss of blood initially it helped the blood circulation not only to the tips of my fingers but to every part of my body.
As a child & all my life until I started using the Herbs I suffered from cold hands and feet, This was from poor circulation of the blood, I can honestly say the Capsicum in some of the formulas I have taken over the years has kept them warmer with better circulation.

I have a testimony to tell about a herb called Black Co hash. It is a herb well known for its use by women for Hormone balance but I my wife knew of another use for it that is not well known and that is that it removes poisons from bites from the body .I was bitten one dark night on the leg when I trod on a snake accidentally while helping one of my daughters move house on a farm. I took no notice when I felt something hit my leg and thought it was a stick. But next day I felt dizzy and quite sick and found 2 puncture marks on my leg. I was told to take Black Cohoes for a few days.
Well it did its job and got rid of the poisons for me. (today of course catching the snake for identification is the best thing as it may be very venomous & the Doctor will have the antidote on hand)

All my adult life I have had CONSTIPATION and have tried all kinds of medicines. I decided to give the herbs a go and wish I had paid more attention to what the Herbalist told me about dosage. I was give Cascara Sagrada and told to take one in the morning and one at night. But when I took the first one and nothing had happened I took another and then another an hour later . well by the afternoon I had to make a mad dash to a toilet and nearly filled the bowel I then remembered being told that it would take 8 hours to work; and that once I took it I would know where I would be in 8 hours.,

SUNBURN As a blue eyed fair skinned person Sunburn is always a problem and Sun Screens always make me feal sick from the smell and oiliness of them . I now use ALOE VERA GELL to protect me and even if I go out and forget to take it I apply it when I get home and in the morning all the redness and sting has gone out of it. If I am swimming or sunbaking I make sure I reapply it every half hour.

STRESS I wouldn’t go anywhere without taking some nervines to help to control my nerves called Nerve control & a drink of chamomile tea a night after a warm bath is very relaxing.

At 72 I find I have inherited my Mothers weak Eyes and have Macular Degeneration in both Eyes and a Cataract starting in the other.
