Our Bodies Need Water
Our bodies are nearly 70% water so it's important to not become
dehydrated. Water is used for virtually every function in the body; it
aids digestion, helps with the transport of nutrients and is important
for circulation and cleansing wastes. Water also helps to regulate our
body temperature and lubricate soft tissues.
Ensure you drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise. Levels of dehydration can affect us in different ways:
