Herbal Trading was founded by June L. Venn in 1980 I am a great grandmother now with 5 children of my own 14 grand children and just this month increased to 7 Great grand children.

I have had a full and happy life but as the children grew up I began to look for work to occupy my time & enjoyed 15 years doing Plant Propagation at Redlands Greenhouses Nursery. I had the love of plants bread into me from my grandparents on both sides of the family so it was as natural thing to become interested in Herbs. In 1980 I read a littler one line add in the Courier Mail looking for people interested in learning how to keep there family well with herbs and that is how I started my Multilevel Marketing Company with Nature's Sunshine Herbal Products.

I became so fascinated by the health benefits I decided to study several Natural Therapies. I chose to Become a Herbalist by studying under Dennis Stewart of the Southern Cross Herbal School and to help me understand my clients health problems, I also studied Iridology with Bernard Jensen Who was Knighted for his work with Iridology & was the author of many books on Health. I also bought a Hemaview which is a Microscope to Analyse live blood under a dark field Microscope and trained with Health World, which is now called Metagenics.

Nature's Sunshine Products is the back bone of my business. It is a World wide herb company founded in 1972. It has survived in the market place because of there quality & ease of use and the dedication to the Management and staff in all the Head officers all over the world. The herbs come in a gelatine capsule which dissolves as soon as it is swallowed.

After 27 years of clinic work including a lot of travelling all over Queensland and Northern NS.W. I have decided it is time to take advantage of the computer & have a web Page, as it can spread knowledge and information further & quicker than I could ever do by myself. The Multilevel side to the Australian chapter of Nature's Sunshine was phased out & a club called the Loyalty Club has been introduced & I see the opportunity on the Web to use it to my advantage. My mail order business will expand and the travelling and clinic work will become lighter. At 73 my family keep telling me its time to retire. I really can't imagine my life without a herb business of some kind. I can honestly say the herbs have never let me down with my own health or my patients. I even stoped the bleeding on my own hand before the ambulance arrived when I accidentally put my hand onto a saw bench and cut off 2 fingers a few years ago and healed them without any scarring with the herbs.
